Raiders Wrestler on in College

T-EdwardsPort Jervis wrestling has a long and rich history. State champions and team titles dot the timeline of the program here in PJ. Athough Raider wrestlers may graduate, for many, their skills continue to grow and flourish at the college level. Travis Edwards, Dylan Booth, and Daniel DeCarlo, all former Raider grapplers, are making noise on the college wrestling scene. Details HERE>
 

 Corvino to be Rockland County Sports Hall of Famer

Bob CorvinoFebruary 24, 2015 - Former Port Jervis Football coach Bob Corvino, currently a member of the Port Jervis Coaches Hall of Fame, will be inducted into the Rockland County Sports Hall of Fame in April.  This award will recognize Corvino's accomplishments while playing football at his alma mater Nyack High School.  For more on this award and Coach Corvino's sports bio, click HERE>


DeCarlo-WrestlingPort's DeCarlo Shines at Southern Maine 

Dan DeCarlo, (PJHS Class of '14), wrestling for the University of Southern Maine, was named New England Wrestling Association, (NEWA) "Rookie Wrestler of the Week".  DeCarlo wrestles at 165 pounds for the Huskies.  MORE>


College Signings

Fuller to Run For University of Buffalo

Fuller to BuffaloPort Jervis, NY - Brittany Fuller has signed a National Letter of Intent to run cross country at the University of Buffalo.  Fuller finished 4th in the New York State Cross Country Championships this year.  An honors student, Brittany plans on studying sociology in college.  Click here for complete story.
